Posted: 07 Sep 2019 11:07 AM PDT There's obviously the whole hypertrophy system which i'm well aware about but i'm guessing there's more than that otherwise bodybuilders would be the best powerlifters. I guess my question would be what make muscles stronger, excluding muscles getting bigger ? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 07 Sep 2019 07:51 AM PDT Just saw a wasp kill a fly on my balcony and was intrigued. The wasp grabbed the fly and tried to sting it, and eventually succeeded. The fly got weaker and stopped moving entirelly. I didn't want to get too close, but from what I saw, the fly started losing it's legs before the wasp carried it away. I read about it on the internet that wasps somehow ‚peel' their prey before feeding it to their larvae. Can someone explain to me how wasp poison works and what it does to the insects exposed to it?
